2025 Seasonal Summer Campsite Starting Rates
Water & Electric only $1,750, plus electricity. ($200 deposit required.)
Full hookup 30-amp $1,850 plus electricity. Full hookup 20/30/50-amp $1,975 plus electricity (Some 50-amp campsites via two 30-amp outlets to one 50-amp “Y” adaptor.) ($200 deposit required.)
Year around On-Site RV Rental: Varies from $69 to $125 daily starting rate, and $400 to $700 weekly rate, to $800 to $1500 monthly rate depending on the camper selected.
Must provide linens & towels

All reservations made on phone will be charged a $5.00 service fee. Call before noon ten days before your scheduled arrival for refund of a non-seasonal deposit. There is a $25.00 handling charge/fee for cancellations. If no contact is made before the deadline, your deposit will be forfeited. NO REFUND if cancel less than ten days from arrival. Seasonal deposits are non-refundable.
Winter Rates (01 November to 30 April)
Kindly note that all winter guests are to clear their own campsite of snow (and cut their own grass if it needs cutting).
Daily Winter Campsite Starting Rates
No utilities (Rustic) $35

Electric & Sewer (weather permitting) $53
Monthly “Non-Water” Campsite Starting Rates.* (up to six months)
No utilities (Rustic) $395
Winterized (electricity, no water, ): $470 per month plus electricity for the first three months and then $300 per month plus electricity for any and all remaining months. Water is not available during much of the winter months due to water freezing. Weather permitting, campsite sewers may be available.
During winter months, water is available in the heated restrooms or via a faucet outside the restrooms. Weather permitting, the campground dump station will be available during the winter.
Weekly Winter Campsite Starting Rates
No utilities (Rustic) $210
Electric only $295
Electric & Sewer (weather permitting) $310
Monthly “Water included” Winter Campsite Starting Rates.* (up to six months)
Non-Winterized (Electricity, water, and sewer on warm days): $650 per month plus electric for campsites for the first three months and then $300 per month plus electricity for any and all remaining months.
During winter months, water is available in the heated restrooms or via a faucet outside the restrooms. Weather permitting, the campground dump station will be available during the winter.
*Kindly note that although all winter campers may have electric only, on some days, warmer weather permitting, the sewer hoop-up may also be used.
Storage Rates
Summer Season
Seasonals $125
Non-Seasonals $5/day or $60/month
Winter Season
$5 per day or $60 per month without electric. $75 per month with only trickle-charge electric. For those RVs left over from Summer season the winter storage rate is $250 with $100 credit applied toward next season’s summer seasonal rate.
Kindly note that all winter campers/guests are to clear their own storage area of snow.
